Al-Wasil Project

The project is located in the Al-Ammariyah area, an extension of the New Riyadh development. The site is characterized by special specifications, including farms and villas. The project involves works for the public area, including decorative concrete walls, and metal bridges that form a unique architectural panel along the open water channel.

There are pedestrian pathways made of interlocking pavers, as well as decorative metal structures integrated into the roundabouts and roads. The project also features shelters for relaxation.

The project also includes the main water tank with a storage capacity of 4000 cubic meters, equipped for water supply to 13 residential and agricultural plots.
